why forms?
In order for us to minister to your student and keep them safe, every event has a couple of forms to be filled out. Please help us out by filling out the necessary forms and turning them in before the event. Each student needs one VCC medical release for 2009, click here for form. We will keep it on file for all events. Thank you for your help.
