We are a rag-tag bunch realizing at this stage in our lives we need to decide what we as individuals truly believe. We are not looking to be a group that looks great and always has a happy church face. Instead, we are here to be real, authentic people, going through the ups and downs of life together and truly seeking how to live life in a way that best reflects Jesus, not just church tradition.
Students will be challenged through scripture in a way that is relevant to the college age; we will not deviate from scripture even when it is tough. This is a group that desires to be part of something bigger as God has called us to love and take care of those around us and beyond. We want to reflect the Jesus we read about as He carried out His ministry throughout the Gospels serving others, loving the unloved, caring for the poor, hanging out with the dirty and evil people, taking a stand against culture, and always remaining focused on God and willing to do anything He may call us to do.
We are forever indebted to Christ for His sacrifice and praise Him for the forgiveness by which we all are saved. We all fall short over and over again but, at the root of it all, our desire is to deeply and truly love God and to encourage others to make the same choice.
